Terms and Conditions for
The RESET Room
These terms explain how The Reset Room works, what you can expect, and how to use the space safely.
By paying and joining, you agree to the statements below.
1. Purpose + Scope of Support

The Reset Room provides tools and support to help you feel calmer and more capable of managing the emotions that arise in business.
​
Support includes:
• tapping audios
• reflection prompts
• group conversation in Telegram
• encouragement and community connection
​
This space does not provide:
• therapy
• counselling
• mental health treatment
• medical advice
• personalised coaching unless agreed separately
​
Resources and posts inside the group are for general guidance only and are not tailored to your personal situation.
2. Emotional Safety + Personal Responsibility
​
The Reset Room offers emotional support, but you remain responsible for your own wellbeing while using the resources.

By joining, you agree to:
• take care of yourself while using the materials
• stop or pause if emotions feel too strong or uncomfortable
• ground yourself before continuing if needed
• choose whether to tap or continue at any moment
​
If you notice signs such as panic, shaking, numbness, feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope, please pause and bring your attention back into the room.
Feel your feet on the floor, breathe slowly or look at something steady around you.
If you continue feeling distressed, please contact your GP, a qualified mental health professional, or emergency services.
This space cannot provide crisis support.
3. Boundaries + Group Conduct

The Reset Room is designed to be a safe, compassionate space.
Members agree to:
• treat others with respect
• keep what is shared confidential
• avoid diagnosing, analysing, coaching or giving advice
• avoid sharing promotional content or selling services
• speak from personal experience rather than telling others what to do

Posts that break these boundaries may be removed to protect the safety of the group.
4. Telegram Messaging + Privacy
​
The Telegram space is for group connection and shared support.
Direct messages may be limited or disabled to protect member privacy and avoid unsolicited contact.
You are welcome to message Katie directly with questions about The Reset Room or working more deeply together.
5. Membership, Payments + Cancellations
​
Your subscription gives you access to:
• the Telegram group
• tapping audios
• reflection prompts and resources
​
Payment renews monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through the members’ login area.
Refunds are not offered for partial months, unused access, or change of mind.
6. Data + Confidentiality
​
Your personal information will only be used to communicate with you about The Reset Room.
Nothing shared in the group will be disclosed outside the space unless required for safeguarding or legal reasons.
7. Ending Membership + Removal
​
Members may leave The Reset Room at any time.
Katie reserves the right to remove any member without refund if behaviour compromises group safety, breaches boundaries, or is harmful to others.
