Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the Participant”) and Katie Bowers (“the Coach”) for your participation in Confident Selling: Get Visible, Get Paid.

 

Please read carefully before joining the programme.

 

1. Programme Dates and Structure

Confident Selling begins on Tuesday 2 December 2025 and runs for six weeks, with a scheduled break over the Christmas period.

This is a group coaching programme, not 1 to 1 coaching.

 

2. Payment

2.1 All fees must be paid in full before the programme begins unless you have selected an instalment plan

2.2 If you are on an instalment plan, an invoice for the second payment will be issued in late December. Payment must be received by 5 January 2026.

2.3 If payment is not received by the due date, access to all elements of the programme (live calls, replays, Telegram group) will be removed immediately, with no refund for any payments already made.

 

3. Attendance and Replays

3.1 Your booking secures your place for the full six week programme.

3.2 If you are unable to attend live sessions for any reason, sessions will not be refunded or transferred.

3.3 Replays will be available in the Telegram group until 31 July 2026.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Due to the live and intimate nature of this programme, refunds are not offered once the programme begins.

4.2 Please only join if this feels like a full yes in your body.

4.3 In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by Katie Bowers, an alternative date or suitable replacement activity will be offered.

 

5. Responsibility for Health and Wellbeing

5.1 Your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing remain your own responsibility throughout the programme.

5.2 All coaching provided is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) coaching and general coaching support.

5.3 Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, clinical mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or business advice.

5.4 If needed, you agree to seek appropriate professional guidance in any of these areas. All decisions and actions remain your responsibility.

5.5 Results vary for each individual based on personal circumstances, participation, and implementation. No guarantees of specific outcomes can be made.

 

6. Confidentiality and Group Ethics

6.1 Any notes or information shared by the Coach will be kept confidential except where required by law or safeguarding obligations.

6.2 Occasionally, anonymised information may be used for supervision, training, or marketing, but your identity will never be revealed without your written consent.

6.3 As a participant, you may hear personal information shared by others. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not share any details outside the group.

6.4 This programme is built on respect. Any behaviour that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the group environment may result in removal without refund.

 

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

7.1 Your personal data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

7.2 Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

 

8. Technology and Access Requirements

8.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have a working internet connection and access to Zoom and Telegram.

8.2 Technical issues on your device or in your location are not the responsibility of the Coach.

 

9. Boundaries of Support

9.1 Support is provided during live calls and inside the Telegram group.

9.2 Private messaging is not included unless explicitly agreed.

 

10. Agreement

By joining Confident Selling: Get Visible, Get Paid, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
